    To make the most money, you will want to be an all-lines agent, selling auto, home, life, health, basically a one stop shop. If you are a captive agent with a reputable company, expect to make about $30-40K your first year, and hopefully more that that as your book grows. That is how it was for me anyway, and I worked my butt off. Good Luck!

    I would think between 28-45k per year. It all depends on the company. Try contacting insurance companies directly and see if they are hiring and what the pay is.. Good Luck!

    I agree with both answers you have already been given. Do you already have your license? I know of a company in Indiana that trains and pays you to learn all the insurance fields.
