You can’t. You either use PayPal (which is cheapest), or you get a merchant account from a bank. Those are the only two ways of doing it.
Depending on what country your target-group lives in you may want to check up on local services.
Paypal is one of the fastest, easiest and best known services available globally.
For “real” cc-transfers you have to contact one of the providers of payment gateways like for example Authorize, DIBS or Samport (several others available). They are more or less all run by large banks.
