Where can I find Mortgages for people with not so good credit?
My Fiance and I would like to purchase a home, just something small for starters but mine and hers credit isnt the greatist. Mine is pretty bad and hers is fair. Also we are quite young in our 20s. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!

Speak with any banks of financial institutions given that you both are still young. However, business is business, many will still need to evaluate both your credit scores. Are both of you working and have a steady income? If you do, that could give you both a plus.
there are some agencies that would help you to restore your credit before you make an attempt to purchase a house. I would recommend you to try to fix it first, I will take about 2 months. Once your credit has been repaired you will be looking into lower interest rates on your mortgage. It happened to me, you will be ok. Good luck

The brokers for sub prime loans are getting beaten to death by investors. Don’t expect an easy qualification. Expect the down payment requirements to be high. Sorry but that’s the way things are right now.
