How long does it take for auto insurance company to reinstate your insurance?

My license was suspended about 5 years ago and my moms insurance automatically excluded me without notice. I had to get SR-22 for a couple of years and then I finally got a letter stating I didn’t have to have the SR-22 anymore. Should I be automatically added back on to my mom’s policy. They recieved the same letter I did at the time my license was suspended and after so should I be automatically reinstated since I was automatically taken off.

Of course they are going to take you off your mom’s insurance policy. No reason to pay your insurance, if you can’t drive.
You need to contact the insurance company, or agent, tell them your situation, and have them give you all your options.
You will not be automatically added back onto your mom’s insurance. They don’t know if you will go with them, or if you have chosen another company.

NO, if you want to be added back onto your mothers policy you need to specifically request that you be added back onto the policy. It does not happen automatically that you will get put back onto the policy. You need to call your mothers company and get added back on.
