What are the highest limit credit cards available with a 650 FICO?
Where do you apply for such cards? I haven’t applied for a new credit card in probably 15+ yrs.

650 fico means nothing, it depends on what trade lines and lenght of time you have had them generated that score, i have seen one small sears card with a 2 month history generate that score you need a middle score of the three bureaus and trade history to get a decent answer to your question, and then the card issuer will give you a limit they will allow you to have.
Could be anything… but your interest rate might be through the roof!
