What are some alternative ways of getting loans other than a bank?
Where are other resources besides banks of getting a loan for a house, or anything. They aren’t giving out loans these days and that is the old way of thinking. I heard of Hard money loans and rather financing through local banks than national ones…but there has to be other options. I know the government issues loans…but where?- just curious…

There are other places to get loans but the interest charges are out of sight. You really don’t want to go there.
