How can you fight and insurance company when they denie a clam for per existing conditions?

I had lab work to see my cholesterol level. The insurance company will not pay it because of pre exiting condition.

It would be difficult to fight them since you signed a contract that states you know that they will not pay for any services received because of a pre-existing condition.

Well, you show them that the day before you got the insurance, your cholesterol level wasn’t high!

But as that sort of thing builds up over YEARS, you can’t do it, because it WAS preexisting.

The OTHER way to get it covered, is to show that you had prior coverage. Did you? If so, you need your old insurer to get a certificate of credible coverage off to the new insurer.

Otherwise, what you did, is buying the car insurance AFTER the accident – you can’t get insurance to cover stuff ALREADY wrong with you.
