Is It legal to generate insurance leads offline and then I would enter the information manually for them?
I joined a company that pays me for every insurance lead i generate for them. However i was thinking of getting some leads offline. Is there a proper way of doing this?

This is going to be a state specific thing. In MOST states, as long as you are being paid for the LEAD, and not the SALE, and you are not filling out applications, you do not need a license.
