What are some places that are doing loans to get your tax money now instead of waiting?

Yes I know the interests rates are insanely high but i am in desperate need of some money now – just got laid off from my job and I need to move into my apartment asap cause i am going through a divorce and for whatever reason he ended up getting our apartment and I ended up getting custody of my daughter. Anyways, to make a long story short i need to get some money NOW and cannot wait, what are some places that are doing the holiday loans or whatever they are called where you can get some of your tax money now?

None are doing them now. Nobody does RALs until the IRS starts accepting e-filed returns on Jan 15th. Most RALs take a couple of days to process, so figure Jan 17th as the earliest date you’re likely to have $$$ in hand.

A few of them are doing a standard personal loan of between $300 and $1,000 if you are a current or former customer, but you must meet standard income and credit guidelines. These are NOT an advance on your tax refund.

You can probably get a payday loan to cover the expenses and then you just need to pay it back with your next paycheck. Since you get your daughter, is your ex going to have to pay child support? Does that start yet or do you need more time to get that?
