Will I go back into default with student loans if my wife’s taxes were taken and then she filed form 8379?

My wife’s taxes were withheld because of my default student loans. She filed form 8379 and she is supposed to get her taxes back because I had the debt before we were married. If I’m out of default now will I go back into default if she gets her money back?
