Do credit card companies let other companies be a distributor of their credit cards?
Is it possible? Like a company in Europe letting some small company in Asia distribute their credit cards in Asia.

Many banks are international and I would assume they distribute their own credit cards. I have seen small banks use systems at larger banks to issue credit cards.
Some banks (the companies that issue credit cards) have agreements with banks in different countries where they will co-brand a card, or allow their customers to use each others cards. However, the bank underwriting the credit will not allow anyone to simply “distribute” cards. These situations are partnerships between banks, and both institutions are taking on some of the risk of that partnership.
Prepaid cards (basically gift cards) are distributed via various retailers, but this does not involve credit, so it does not apply.
