Look at the names of the companies on the report and call them. See what they are for, and if needed, get proof you opened them. This could be ID theft.
You need to call the companies and cut the cards off call the non-emergency police and make a police report you can do this over the phone get the number and dispute the charges through the credit card company. Oh and one more thing you need to call 1800-fact-act you can even google this and put extra security for the next 90 days so no one can open anything in your name.
What are the other accounts?
Are they car loans or mortgages?
You should look at your credit report and see if you ever had these accounts. If not, you should dispute the information as not being accurate.
You could be a victim if ID theft. I had similar last year, some person opeend up accounts and also some loans for cars and houses. I got it all removed. It took like 4 months to do this. I would begin to have this stuff taken off immediately.
