Go to “Lower my bills.com or lending tree.com – there is a wealth of info and you can plug in your info and get numertous offers.
There may be state programs that offer lower rates if you qualify – Pennsylvania has Pa Housing Finance Agency – check if your state has a similar program.
Investors, Realtors and Loan Officers are your best source of information. Loan Officers will tell you as much you can do as for what you are qualified. Realtors know who to go to, let me see how I can say this, “Make sure the loan goes thru”. Also, with realtors when we submit the offer we can ask for the seller to help out with the closing cost. Investors are cool because they have done so many time and they have the contacts. I beleive realtor.org and realtor.com would be good websites. Good Luck.
