How do I find public records online for NY especially regarding mortgages, domicile, deeds, etc…?
these records need to be viewable online. I have seen this for florida and NJ, but not NY.

It depends on the county – some are more advanced when it comes to technology than others. I would call a Realtor and ask if there’s a website for your county.
As for the records needing to be available online – this is a convenience for the consumer, not a legal right.
