How do you feel about Chinese and Russian investors owning a Huge percentage of American Home Mortgages?
Why would the American home owning population tolerate this?

because we over priced our homes and the market fell out leaving the American investor at the side of the road. I lost millions of dollars yet the market continues to drop and people living in these units are without jobs to pay rents. how can I invest in homes when Americans can not pay their way.
Real Estate is a free market system and anyone with the capital is able to purchase real estate; I have no problem with that. What I am concerned with is that our (US) government is spending money like their are no consequences and they are getting these handouts of cash by borrowing from the communist chinese government.
God help us if they ever call in their markers.
We need to drastically cut government spending, cut capital gains tax to spur growth in the small business market, establish tax breaks in large business for expansion and modernization of equipment, repeal Sarbanes-Oxley and severely limit the government’s scope of influence in the free market system.
Do you realize a majority of America is owned by a foreign body? Give us a better alternative?
