How does Regents MedAdvantage medical insurance compare with other insurances?

I’m researching medical plans under medicare (part A,B, &D), does anyone have info on Regents’ MedAdvantage Plus Rx Enhanced program. Any other programs suggested (in Washington State).
What is a good Wash. State.. medicare insurance for “donut hole” enrollees?
