Can you get contacts without insurances in FL?
Hello my g/f uses contacts and her insurance just dropped her and she want be able to have them until September. She is a Full Time Student and my question is can she get prescription contacts without insurance? and about how much would they cost? If it matters we live in FL?

Of course she can get contacts without insurance. Pay cash. How much it costs depends on the contacts and the provider. She will have to ask.
I live in Sarasota and I get contacts all the time without insurance. Target and Walmart super centers have vision centers and you just make an appointment the exam is around 100 to 140 dollars for contacts exams and cheaper for glasses exams. Hope this is helpful. Also Sams clubs have a vision center and you dont have to be a member to get contacts there.
