No, they’ll all have a clause stating they would be secondary or that their plan would auto-terminate if any other plan is purchased. These companies aren’t stupid.
That being said, cell phone insurance is a dumb purchase. They all replace your phone with a refurbished phone. That means a used phone. Head over to ebay and see how much your phone is going for used, that’s what you’re paying insurance for. Now, take a look at the phones that were big about 6 months to a year ago on ebay. That’s even more accurate as you’re not likely to break your phone right away.
Generally speaking, you’re spending over a hundred dollars on a gamble that you’ll break your phone. And, the pay off if you “win” and do break your phone, is a used phone that wouldn’t cost more than a hundred bucks anyway. Lose/lose situation.
