Are there any pet insurance that will cover current illnesses like the kennel cough?
I heard that some pet insurances won’t cover stuff that is already wrong with the dog. Its possible that 3 of my 4 dogs have the kennel cough and eventually the 4th one will also, so I need pet insurance asap to cover the treatment or else it will be a huge headache for me.

Most won’t cover this. When they DO cover, it’s limited, and on a reimbursement basis – so you pay your vet up front, and submit receipts to the pet insurance company.
Most pet insurance will not cover a condition that existed prior to getting the coverage. (pre-existing condition)
The best thing to do is call the individual companies to see what they will and will not cover.
