Should i use my car insurance and be dropped or pay out of the pocket?

I havent been in an accident since i was 16 and im now 21 and had my first accident. I just recently bought a car and got it insured and of course to my luck i had an accident within the first 2 weeks. Now the accident was deemed both of our faults, so both insurances would have to pay but my insurance said they would drop me if they had to. However if they dont pay i have to pay at least 1k or more in damages, what should i do?

    let your insurance pay.

    Likely, you’re looking at a share of the other person’s injuries, too, which could be a heck of a lot more than $1,000.

    You should let your insurance company pay since besides the damages there might be the question of injury which can be much higher. You can than look around and shop for insurances online also. There are certain specialty insurance companies who give you a quote and insurance in spite of the fact that there are some accidents. Online the quotes are discounted since insurance companies save on their operating cost. I generally find good quotes online and so far have had no issues.

    Try to deal it out of pocket, otherwise insurance rates will go up much more. You can check how quotes will change here – autoinsurance.bebto.com
