What is a good company where your sure to get a loan approved?
what is a good home loan company where you can aply for a loan and most of the time your loan gets approved. And i’m talking about a home loan.

Clarification: My answer was not in reference to the answer above me, it was in response to the question that was actually asked. Any company who gives loans freely is out to screw you over. They give loans to those that are desperate so they can charge outrageous fees.

Wow, that is a loaded question. There is not one lender on this planet that will approve no questions asked, unless they break legs for non-payment or they are related to you. You didn’t state your credit worthiness, employment history, how much you need, where you live and a whole bunch of other factors.
At the risk of sounding like an advertisement, I’d tell you to go to a reasonably competent mortgage broker. Not that I have anything against a local bank, but they only offer their banks programs. Any decent mortgage broker has access to over 100 different lenders and all their different products and has a better chance of getting you approved.
I personally would not go to one on-line and never to someone posting on this message board to solicit business, that doesn’t say a lot to how successful/ethical that person may be.
Go to your local chamber of commerce,BBB, or ask a local realtor for a reference to a good mortgage broker in your area.
