What happens when you take Insurance and taxes out of peoples lives?

For instance medical insurance, wouldn’t you start getting medical conditions cured, since you took the profit out of the equation?And Automobiles, wouldn’t it make cars more affordable and safer and cleaner?And Taxes, if people weren’t taxed over and over for the same thing they already paid taxes on once? Wouldn’t that make for a more productive and happier Country?What kind of Country would that be called?
