How can I get a hold of old medical insurance policies, numbers and claims filed through a paticular company?
I am trying to file a law suit claim against a certain insurance company that I have had in the past. I don’t know how to get a hold of any past claims, policies and policy numbers from this insurance company. Can anyone help?

You should discuss this with your attorney.
You call them and ask for the records.
You have to go to a judge and have the judge issue a supeona for them. First you file the lawsuit, and then as part of the discovery process, you’re allowed to request pertinent information from them.
You have no legal right to their documentation, until a judge says you do.
And you’ll most likely need a lawyer to do this for you.
