How do I get my mom to pay my credit cards?
I was stupid and let my Mom charge money on my credit cards. She is not paying them back. IS there anything I can do to get her to pay them off?

Sew her in small claims court and pray she forgives you for it.
If I were you, I would just consider it a lesson learned and pay them off yourself. Unless you want to take your mom to court, there really isn’t much you can do. You would have to sue her in small claims court and even then all they can do is issue a judgement against her. They can’t like put her in jail until she pays. If she won’t pay her debt now, I seriously doubt a judgement would do you any good. It would probably just cause more problems. Sorry!!
