How much would I pay for utilities for two people in a one bedroom apartment in Arizona?
Starting to think about how much moving out will cost.
While we’re at it, what kinds of insurances and other things do I need? How much do you think these would all cost?

electric $60 a month for 9 months. $120 during summer.
gas $20 but most places don’t have it. If you do have it , the electric will be $30 lower.
cable tv $25
water is probably included in your apartment rent. If you rent a house it will be $50.
regular phone $25.
internet access $20 for the lowest tier of service (Cox or Qwest or Direct TV). Included in apts.
renters insurance $200 a year for low coverage.
Apartment rents have dropped dramatically. One complex on Extension Rd in Mesa is now $400 and the community is gated. ( i don’t work for them).
