How expensive & difficult is it to get an insurance company to pay for plastic surgery?

I have over 100 pounds to lose. I want to lose it but I am worried about hanging skin, especially around my stomach. I want to know if I am able to lose this weight how difficult would it be to get an insurance company to pay for the tummy tuck I am going to need? I am uninsured right now.

They flat out won’t pay for cosmetic surgery. It has to be medically necessary.
