  1. ?

Your score will go up within 30 days or less. If the department store credit cards aren’t reported to major credit bureaus your score shouldn’t change unless you don’t pay off the debt. Check your credit report at one of the credit bureaus.

You can apply for a major credit cards once you have cleared your dues on the departemtn store cards. but for that purpose you need to have a good credit history of about two years
You can get more source at is creditreport2u.com/blog

    Good for you!

Your score will go up as each of these places report your new balance. If your cards were maxed out, you should see a nice increase. If your balances were already low, you will not see much of an increase.

I would wait until they have reported and your score has came up to apply for a major credit card but you shouldn’t have any problem with getting a credit card if your history shows payments on time.

Ask lenders for agreement to delete this items from your credit report when paying them. I recommend to get such agreement thru credit repair agency, for example this one – buildcredit.ifastnet.com
