im a 20 year old young driver… i had just passsed in december 2009 and i cant buy a car because of the rediculous insurance prices. i just cant seem to get a quote under £3000 anywhere… for a 1.1 Ltr car… its stupid…
someone help me pleaaaase…

In the US you can get liablity only insurance.
This is much cheaper than comprehensive and it’s what we have on both our cars.
If you wreck your car, they will pay for the other persons damages, but you will be repsonsible for fixing your own car.
A lot of peple find this dangerous – but it saves a couple of thousand a year.
Enough to put in the bank and save for when you need to buy a new car.

You will have to shop around as you do.
Get a quote from insurers you get from yellow pages or from the web.
