I don’t know for sure, but in the doubt, treat it IMMEDIATELY as a scam. Go to your bank, tell them about it, and cut these guys off.

Yes Loans should be avoided one of their methods is to assure people that they have a loan and then ask them for a deposit, usually £50. Then they keep telling the person that they are waiting to hear, what they do then is to pass the application round to very high interest and not very savoury loan companies. The company that contacted you is a loan company and part of the Yes organisation but do not touch it.Some people never hear back and certainly never see their £50 again! I would if I were you take the advice of the the first reply and visit your bank. You may wish to change your bank details ie account number, which could cause you inconvenience but would be worth while. Tell your friends never to apply to Yes Loans it simply isn’t worth it. The other company to avoid is Provident – they charge a 170 per cent interest!!
Fortunately, the internet has opened up a host of opportunities to obtain such loans. There are websites that specialize in just that. Furthermore, there are traditional lenders that offer an online application pathwaypayments and whether or not you will need to put up real estate as security.Once you have taken the time to ask yourself some searching questions and also get some reliable answers from lenders, you will be in a much better position to choose a loan.
