Currently all air flights from India to Europe and America is getting cancelled. Well , I have an Overseas travel Insurance for days covered during the trip . Is New India Assurance Co. is going to defer or refund my policy with refund ?

No, they have accepted your risk and unless you took out a policy for lets say 1st May to 14th and now plan to change it to June, they will not give you a refund. A changed time frame – if it is in advance, they may consider but may charge you some admin.
