can a 15 y/o still get a drivers license that allows him to drive himself to school?

When I was younger, you could apply for what was called a “hardship” license that would allow a teenager 15 y/o to be able to drive unaccompanied to school and back…You could only be out certain times of the day, etc…I was wondering if that’s still possible

it depends what state you live in, i know in missouri you can be 14 on a learners permit and driver on licese at 15 , but as soon as you leave that state, its no longer valid in any other state…so actually, call your local license branch n ask them,it never hurts to ask, even if you think it may be stupid to ask them…ask one question , gain wisdom, dont ask, lose knowledge.

Depends on which country you are in. Ask your parents, they are the best people to advise you if you are qualify to drive in terms of permission, the means to drive the car and of cos the authorities that issue the driving licence to you and not forgetting the driving school can surely help in that.
