Question by ~Just Me~: My boss hired some young girl for front dek manager/sales and She come in trying to change everything!?
First of all they were training me for the position and I have seniority so I don’t know why he completly disregarded me in that matter but no one likes this new girl. She is very young and just got fired from her last job and he hired her because he used to know her and he felt sorry for her. Well instead of coming in as a new person would listening and learning and gaining the respect of her co- workers, she has come in with a chip on her shoulder and changing everything. changing all our check lists and asking me if I’m doining certain things and I looked her record up. She has been charged three times with selling and giving liquor to minors , no driver licens, no registration, and it goes on and on. I’m about to blow! I can’t stabd her! I want her gone. How do I deal with this situation?

Telling your boss would be an option. Tell him that he shouldn’t feel sorry for her if she is affecting everyone Else’s work performance. Don’t make any bold or drastic claims either. Just speak the truth and be very courteous and polite.
