Me and my fiancee are in mexico, have been for a year and want more insurance as we´re staying another 3months.

Nope. Once your trip starts, it’s too late to get REAL trip insurance.

You absolutely can. I have links on my site to companies that will do just that.
If you already have a travel insurance policy then contact the company who sold you the policy and see if they will extend the policy for another three months. If you do not have a policy (or it has already lapsed) then it will be near impossible to find a company who will insure you know. Your best bet is to contact a broker/agent in Mexico and see if there is a Visitor’s to Mexico plan that is sold by an insurance company in Mexico. Of course you should be doing this as soon as possible (read: stop what you’re doing and do this right now).
