I know 0 about this: are home insurance rates annual or monthly? Could someone give me just a very rough idea about how much a cheap studio’s home insurance & tax would cost? (in upstate ny)

Cheap in Hollywood would be $ 2,000,000. Cheap in Iowa, $ 10,000.

Your real estate agent can give you an idea about what the insurance and taxes are. No one else here could possibly guess – somewhere between, oh, $ 300 and $ 6,000 for insurance, and maybe $ 1,000 and $ 20,000 for taxes.
