my wedding ring was stolen. never had the time to file a report, insurance…?

Question by genesis r: my wedding ring was stolen. never had the time to file a report, insurance…?
i never had the time to file the police report, but my husband called the insurance company without me knowing. the insurance company just needed the police report, but i didn’t get it. is there a way to take it back?
He plans to call them and explain the situation.

& simply make the last two payments. Can he just cancel it then?

This actually happened to my Sister literary just before her weeding, im sorry but the hard truth is that chances it will never be found, rings are small and very easy to hide.

unless you just lost it i don’t think there is a chance.

You can file the police report now. You can file it late.

You can also call the adjuster and withdraw your claim, but it doesn’t CANCEL your claim, and will still count against you, showing “closed 0 paid”.
