Hi. I am Looking to buy travel insurance for my family. We have got about 6 international trips coming up over the next few months; and the situation with the ash cloud; is really concerning me…My question is, are there any travel insurance options That I can purchase now, that will protect me and reimburse me for lost flights / extra expenses?

You’ll have to talk to your travel agent, but I’d strongly suggest if you can afford SIX internationtional trips for a family, you can afford to “self insure” for possible cancellations and extra expenses.
